This Privacy Policy explains what information PickWisely Today (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit pickwiselytoday.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately plain.

Who is responsible

This website is operated by Calleb Barros, an individual based in Santos, São Paulo, Brazil. For any question about this policy or about your data, write to contact@pickwiselytoday.com.

What we collect

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not run a checkout. We collect two kinds of information:

Collected automatically

IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, operating system and screen size
Pages visited, time on page, and the page or ad that brought you here
Identifiers stored in cookies, including the Google click identifier (gclid) when you arrive from a Google ad

Provided by you

Your email address and message, if you contact us. We use it to reply and nothing else.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This site uses them for two purposes:

Measurement and advertising. Google Ads and Google Analytics use cookies to count visits, understand which ads bring people here, and measure whether a visit led to a click on an offer.
Affiliate attribution. When you click through to a merchant, that merchant may set a cookie recording that the visit came from us, so a commission can be attributed. That cookie is set by the merchant, on the merchant’s site, under the merchant’s own policy.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can control ad personalisation directly with Google at adssettings.google.com. Blocking cookies does not stop you from reading anything here.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. Data is processed by the services that make the site work:

Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics) — traffic measurement and ad performance
Our hosting provider — server logs required to serve the site
Affiliate networks and merchants — only the fact that a click came from us, never your personal details, which we do not have

Where your data goes

Our providers process data on servers outside Brazil, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, those transfers rely on the standard contractual safeguards published by each provider.

How long we keep it

Analytics and advertising data are retained according to Google’s own retention settings, typically up to 26 months. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your message.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, different laws apply, and we honour the same set of rights for everyone regardless of location:

Brazil (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018): confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation or deletion, portability, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent
European Union and UK (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and the right to complain to your supervisory authority. Where we rely on legitimate interest for measurement, you may object at any time.
California (CCPA/CPRA): the right to know what is collected, to have it deleted, to correct it, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined.

To exercise any of these, email contact@pickwiselytoday.com. We reply within 30 days and will not charge you for it.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and the products discussed here are not intended for minors. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
