PickWisely Today is an independent review site. We are not the seller. We cannot see, change, cancel or refund an order, because we never had it.

If your question is about an order you placed, contact the merchant you bought from — their contact details are on the order confirmation email and on their website. They are the only ones who can help, and going to them directly will be much faster than going through us.

What we can help with

A correction: something on this site is out of date, or a price no longer matches the merchant’s page
A question about how we reached a conclusion in a review, or which sources we used
Privacy requests under LGPD, GDPR or CCPA — see our Privacy Policy
Business, editorial or partnership enquiries

What we cannot help with

Order status, shipping, returns or refunds — those belong to the merchant
Medical questions. We are not clinicians and will not advise on your health. Talk to your doctor.
Requests to remove a drawback from a review because it is inconvenient
